Our extensive list of international dishes allows you to tailor make your buffet menu to offer your guests a grand banquet feast for your special occasion dinner or luncheon. Please choose 3 items from the main dishes list and 4 from the accompaniments list.
Additional $3.00 per person per extra menu item.
Fresh bakers bread basket add $1.00pp.

Buffet menu price includes:

Set up and pack down of food and catering equipment (Buffet tables, chafers, warmers, serving utensils, plates, cutlery etc.).
Full set up of buffet tables (tables provided including cloth with skirting) also including complimentary theme decorations
Buffet available for guests for up to 2 hours
Food served in steel chafers with warmers
Condiments & dressings (including salt & pepper) ready on buffet
Stainless steel cutlery, paper napkins, ceramic plates ready on buffet
Uniformed staff for plate clearing at their tables
Cleaning of service areas used and rubbish removal (pertaining to food only)

(additional staff is to be hired if beverage clearing is required)
