Happy Hearts Catering specialises in creating a stress free cocktail party. With our all inclusive cocktail function package to ensure your special occasion is enjoyed thoroughly by your guests, leaving us to cater for all your needs.

Cocktail style food as follows will be served by staff continuously for 1 hour:

(Select up to 6 menu items, additional menu items are $3.50 per menu item per person, extended service is $6.00 per person per hour after)


-Fresh open Crossini bread with a variety of toppings (may include roast beef/horseradish/pickled capsicum, smoked salmon/cottage cheese/fresh dill, spicy lentils/tzatziki)
-Mini Chicken Minions oven baked with garlic butter
-Crisp Asparagus stems wrapped with proscuitto
-Crumbed King Prawns with a lemon grass and chilli dipping sauce
-Bocconcini cheese on a stick with cherry tomatoes and fresh basil
-Spicy Hot Chicken wings served with special ranch dressing
-Marinated Mini Lamb Skewers with a cucumber yoghurt dip
-Smoked Salmon and dill on mini brushetta
-Flame grilled Beef Meatballs topped with red pepper
-Lamb cutlets grilled with a seeded mustard marinade
-Curry egg with coriander served on mini papadums
-Tempura Squid tossed in sea salt
-Crumbed mushroom filled with grilled vegetables
-Scotch fillet beef wrapped around vegetable sticks
-Indian style Fish cakes with a sweet chili sauce
-Selection of cut Nori Rolls served with soy sauce and wasabi sauce
-Cucumber slices with fish topped with red capsicum cubes
-Vietnamese pork kebabs with lemongrass and soy seasoning
-Mini Asian bites served with soy sauce (prawn parcels, curry samosas, spring rolls)
-Chilled Thai style Oysters
-International Cheese Board with bread sticks, water crackers & fruit
-Mediterranean mixed tapas selections (with stuffed vine leaves, sun-dried tomatoes, stuffed green olives, marinated mushrooms, artichokes, grilled eggplant, stuffed mini peppers)
-Duck bites - breast of duck laid upon crossini bread topped with creamy ranch
-Chicken satay with a spicy peanut sauce
-Vietnamese pork skewers with lemongrass and spices
-Tempura scallops served with a creamy lime aioli dipping sauce
-Smoked salmon and ham savouries - parcels of puff pastry filled with smoked salmon and ham in a dill and mustard infused white sauce
-Scotch fillet beef wrapped around julienne crisp vegetables (carrot, red capsicum, green bean)
-Grilled lamb cutlets marinated in a tangy seeded mustard sauce
-Mini duck shanks with a honey soy & chilli dip
-Peppered beef mignon scotch fillet steak wrapped in bacon on a stick served with a peppered bernaise sauce
-Morrocon chicken mince balls on a skewer served with a chilli sauce
-Local mud crab vol au vonts topped with thyme
-Barramundi fish cakes with a wasabi mayonnaise dip
-Scallop set upon a sliced cucumber with a beetroot relish and topped with chives
-Peking duck laid upon sliced cucumber drizzled with a hoi sin sauce
-Quail eggs on mini bruchetta with a zesty salsa
-Mini tarlets filled with chorizo, Spanish onions, and avocado
-Thai style oysters -fresh with special Thai sauce with coriander
-Prawn san choy bau Lebanese cucumber, vermicelli noodles, coriander, prawns, lime juice mixture served in individual lettuce cups
-English goats cheese, basil pesto, Kalamata olives and sprouts on a puff pastry bite
-Char grilled king scallop and Atlantic salmon skewer marinated in a lemon and thyme oil
-Shredded pork slowly cooked topped with a red onion & bush tomato salsa, served with a dash of sour cream and rocket leaves on a toasted Ciabatta

Beverage Package @ $16.00 per person / per hour (includes Australian Wines, Champagne, Beer, Soft Drinks, Juices, Iced Water) Beverage package includes Bar Staff to serve drinks and all glassware hire and bar table. Price offered in conjunction with food package only. Non Alcoholic Beverage Package @ $12.00 per person / per hour (includes a selection of non alcoholic drinks, bar table, staff to serve drinks at bar, eskies, ice and glassware)

Bar Staff @ $48.00 per hour per staff

Glassware Hire @ $1.00 each
(wine, champagne, beer, water/soft drinks, and stubby holders)

Bar Facility Set Up @ $45

(portable bar, ice & eskies, glassware - client can provide own beverages)
